We suggest that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure that children
are settled into the Créche, allowing you to relax and complete any necessary client details before your appointment commences. Please do do not arrive too early as the creche is carefully planned by appointment. We request you do not bring your pram, if you do require your pram we can store it in reception area. The creche has many facilities to accomodate small children, including rockers and cradles. We do not admit people into the creche unless their children are being cared for within. If you wish to view the creche before your appointment you may view photographs in salon or on this website. Fees for the creche will be included in your final account and are based on $2 per child per hour.

Understanding that as a new mother you like to feel comfortable, please bring
swimwear bottoms for any water therapy treatments otherwise we can provide
you with disposable underwear. We respect your privacy and towels will be
used to cover any areas you do not wish to have exposed. We do ask that
you leave any valuables safely at home.

We understand that things do happen and sometimes time runs short.
The
time that you do spend with us will ensure optimum results,
but as a
courtesy to other guests your treatment will still finish on time.

We appreciate your co-operation in allowing 24 hours notice to reschedule or
cancel your appointment. As each treatment is specially reserved for you,
no show appointments or cancellations without enough notice to rebook that spot will incur a full charge. For all treatments credit card details are requested to secure your appointment at MummaBubba.
